unMineable is a mining service that lets home miners earn coins and tokens your hardware cannot mine directly, such as TRX or SOL, from a list of 80+ assets, and the unMiner app is its free Windows miner for doing that with a few clicks. If you searched for an unMineable download, this page separates the two parts: the pool service that converts your rewards, and the desktop app that runs the mining software on your PC.
The service side works with any normal miner on Windows, Linux, rigs and ASICs. The unMiner app is optional and is aimed at Windows users who do not want to write command lines: you sign in with an email or a social account, choose CPU, GPU or both, and the app picks an algorithm and miner for you.

What it does
The service (unmineable.com) runs pools for each algorithm, pays shares on a PPS+ basis and automatically converts the mined coin into the asset you picked. The unMiner app is a front end that downloads and controls third-party miners on Windows. Together they:
- Pay out in any of 80+ supported coins and tokens through an automatic conversion engine.
- Offer CPU, GPU and Dual (CPU plus GPU) modes, with Auto Configuration choosing a compatible algorithm and miner for your hardware.
- Manage third-party miner files such as SRBMiner-MULTI, OneZeroMiner and XMRig, with automatic updates and integrity checks.
- Include a Mining Files Secure Setup step that helps configure Windows Security exclusions so miner files are not removed.
- Show hashrate as measured locally, as calculated by the pool, or both.
- Let account holders manage referral codes and their reward ratio inside the app.
- Update themselves through a built-in auto-updater.
How miners use it
Mine with the unMiner app on a Windows PC
- Install unMiner and sign in with your email (a one-time code) or with Google, Apple or Telegram.
- Choose the asset you want to be rewarded in.
- Run Mining Files Secure Setup when prompted, then let the app download its miner files.
- Select CPU, GPU or Dual mode and leave Auto Configuration on for the first run.
- Check the local and calculated hashrate after a few minutes to confirm the pool sees your work.
Use your own miner (advanced setup)
- On the unMineable site, open Advanced Setup and pick the algorithm that fits your hardware, for example RandomX for a CPU.
- Create your mining alias or sign in; the alias goes into the miner’s user field.
- Copy the server and port shown for that algorithm (TCP and SSL ports are listed) and start your miner, for example XMRig:
xmrig -a rx -o stratum+tcp://pool.example.com:3333 -u YOUR_ALIAS -p x
Replace the placeholder host and port with the RandomX endpoint from the setup page. The same approach works for Linux rigs and ASICs with the matching algorithm.
Lower the fee with a referral code
- Get a referral code from the referrals section.
- Set it for your account in unMiner, or add it to the worker configuration as the setup page describes.
- With a code set, your share rises from 99% to 99.25% of rewards.
Install and first run
unMiner on Windows: 64-bit Windows 10 or 11 is required. Install the latest GPU driver before the first run, because the bundled GPU miners rely on it. If you are upgrading from a version older than 2.8.x, the app asks you to download all third-party mining files again through its Mining Files downloader.
Linux, macOS and ASICs: there is no unMiner app for these. Use a regular miner and the advanced setup instead; the site gives example commands for popular miners on Windows and Linux.
Antivirus: unMineable warns on its download page that antivirus software may flag mining applications as false positives. Miners are flagged as potentially unwanted programs because criminals bundle them into malware. The app’s Secure Setup creates exclusions for its mining files only; never switch off protection globally, and download unMiner only from the official site.
Impersonators: unMineable states that it has no official Telegram or Discord channels. Treat any “support” there, and any modified unMiner build, as a scam.
Mine only on hardware you own or are authorised to use.
Limitations
- The unMiner app is Windows-only and closed source.
- Every reward goes through conversion, and the 1% platform fee (you keep 99.25% with a referral code) comes on top of any dev fee charged by the third-party miner.
- Algorithm support in the app changes over time; for example, version 3.6.1 removed KawPow mining from unMiner.
- You depend on the service for conversion and payouts; if you want the coin you actually mine, a regular pool is simpler.
- Profitability depends on electricity price, hardware and coin prices; the site’s calculator and simulator give estimates, not guarantees.
unMineable vs alternatives
Kryptex is the closest match: a Windows app that picks coins for you, but it converts everything into a Bitcoin balance and does not publish a fee percentage for the app. NiceHash QuickMiner sells your hashpower on a marketplace and pays in Bitcoin. If you only want Monero or another RandomX coin, run XMRig directly against a pool and skip the conversion step.
FAQ
Where can I get the unMineable download for PC?
The unMiner installer for 64-bit Windows 10 and 11 is on the official unmineable.com home page, together with its changelog. There is no official Mac or Linux app; on those systems use a standard miner with the advanced setup.
Is unMineable safe and legit?
unMineable is a working mining service with a public changelog and a published fee. Use only the official site, beware of fake Telegram and Discord channels, and protect your account with a strong sign-in.
Is unMineable a virus?
No, but antivirus tools often flag mining software as potentially unwanted. An unMiner or miner you did not install yourself, however, is a sign of malware and should be removed.
Is unMineable free?
The unMiner app is free to download and use. The service keeps a 1% platform fee from rewards; with a referral code set you keep 99.25%.
Is unMineable profitable or worth it?
That depends on your power cost, your hardware and the value of the coin you choose. Use the official calculator with your own electricity price before committing hardware to it.
unMineable vs Kryptex: which is better?
Pick unMineable if you want payouts in a specific token. Pick Kryptex if you prefer a Bitcoin balance with several withdrawal options.
unMineable vs NiceHash: what is the difference?
unMineable mines specific algorithms and converts rewards to your chosen asset. NiceHash rents your hashpower to buyers and pays in Bitcoin.
